Cuban Ambassador Participates in "Thailand - Latin America Economic and Trade" Seminar
Ambassador Pedro Pablo San Jorge Rodriguez made a presentation promoting business opportunities and foreign investment in Cuba, in the context of the Economic - Commercial Seminar Thailand - Latin America and the Caribbean, organized by the Directorate General of the Americas of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Cuban Ambassador Signed the Book of Condolences at the Iranian Embassy in Bangkok
At the Iranian Embassy in Bangkok, Cuban Ambassador Pedro Pablo San Jorge Rodriguez signed the book of condolences, on behalf of the Cuban government and people and on their behalf, on the physical demise of President Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Dr. Hossein Amir Abdollahian and other senior Iranian leaders accompanying the Persian leader.
President Raisi and his companions were killed in a helicopter crash last Sunday, May 19, while returning from an official ceremony on the border with Azerbaijan.
Dr. Nalinee Taveesin, Advisor to the PM and Trade Representative of Thailand Receive the Cuban Ambassador
Ambassador Pedro Pablo San Jorge Rodríguez was received at the Government House by Dr. Nalinee Taveesin, Advisor to the Prime Minister and Trade Representative of Thailand. During the meeting both agreed that the two countries have opportunities to further develop cooperation in other dimensions, especially in promoting cooperation in medicine and public health.
Representatives from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Commerce of the Kingdom of Thailand were also present.
UN: Cuba demands that the Security Council Protect Civilians in Gaza
Cuba demanded this Tuesday respect for Palestinian civilians trapped in the conflict in Gaza, demanding that the UN Security Council fulfill its mandate for peace.
