Diaz-Canel assesses achievements in Cuban foreign policy
Havana, April 11, 2022.- Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel on Monday analyzed the main results and projections of Cuba's foreign policy in 2022, as part of an annual assessment meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Presidency said on Twitter that Prime Minister Manuel Marrero also attended the meeting.
The debate is about the need to increase the fight against the United States economic, commercial and financial blockade and the media war against Cuba.

Thailand and Cuba renew vows for multilateralism and International Law
Bangkok, March 14, 2022. - The Cuban ambassador to Thailand, Héctor Conde, was received at the Foreign Ministry by Ek-On Khunacharoen, deputy director general of the Department of International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand to exchange on the outcomes of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
At the cordial meeting both sides reaffirmed the importance of joint efforts in defense of multilateralism, international law and the Charter of the United Nations in the various multilateral forums.
Thailand and Cuba strengthen ties in the tourism sector
The Cuban ambassador to Thailand, Héctor Conde Almeida, received at the headquarters of the Cuban mission Mr. Ratchaporn Poolsawadee, President of the Koh Samui Tourism Association, one of the most important tourist areas in Thailand with high interest in its population for Cuba.
In the fruitful exchange, ways were analyzed to increase the tourist exchange between two countries with rich traditions, history, culture and varied tourist resources.
The international community supports Cuba in the battle against the US unilateral economic blockade

In the cordial meeting, topics of interest on bilateral and multilateral relations were addressed, as well as the debates of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly. Both sides agreed on the importance of defending multilateralism in the current global context.
