The Vice-President of the Cuban Parliament Ana Mari Machado and the delegation accompanying her, including Yolanda Ferrer, head of the International Relations Commission of the National Assembly of People's Power and the official Zailin Gaulhiac, paid tribute to José Martí in the park that bears his name in the Turkish capital, thus beginning the second day of her official visit to Türkiye.

The parliamentary delegation on an official visit to Turkey completed an intense day of work, with the aim of strengthening relations for the benefit of both our peoples. It was received by Mustafa Şentop President of the great National Assembly of Turkey. During the meeting they reviewed the state of bilateral relations and evaluated the potentialities of their development, the Vice-President handed over a message from her Cuban counterpart Esteban Lazo.
