The First National Guitar Festival sponsored by the University of Music and Fine Arts of this city and the Municipality of Mamak concluded last December 18 in Ankara. Hakely Nakao Chavez, a Cuban artist based in the Republic of Türkiye, was invited to the cultural event. She gave a lecture on the history and evolution of the guitar, the tres and the lute in Cuba, entitled: "Cuba, island of music".
