Ankara, October 3, 2019. Turkey's Foreign Minister, Mevlut Cavusoglu, received today the Cuban ambassador, Luis Alberto Amorós Núñez, at the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry in the Eurasian country.
At the cordial meeting, priority aspects of bilateral political and economic relations were reviewed. Both representatives agreed to positively assess the status of these links. In addition, they took the opportunity to exchange on topics of common interest in international politics.

The General Director of the Center for State Control of Medicines, Equipment and Medical Devices of Cuba (CECMED), Dr. Rafael Pérez Cristía, and the President of the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TITCK) Dr. Hakkı Gürsöz, signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation between the two entities, a ceremonial act held at the headquarters of the Turkish institution.

CUBA, September 5, 2019 - The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rogelio Sierra Díaz, will start next Sunday a working visit to the African region, which includes the Republics of Cameroon, Benin, Senegal and Liberia.
As part of his program of activities, the deputy minister is planning exchanges with African counterparts, the Cuban solidarity movement, Cuban residents and personnel from Cuban state missions in these countries.
