Cuba

The Revolutionary Government condemns the
escalation of actions perpetrated by the
government of the United States to justify a
military aggression against the Bolivarian
Republic of Venezuela.

Harare, June 10, 2025 – Ambassadors from Latin America and the Caribbean in Zimbabwe highlighted their nations' historical ties and potential with Africa. The Heads of Diplomatic Missions, Her Excellencies Susellys Pérez Mesa (Cuba), Nadeska Cuthbert (Nicaragua), and Magaly Henríques (Venezuela), the Honorary Consul of Jamaica, Ms. Mucharonza Rosemary Muchengeti, and the Ambassador of Brazil, His Excellency Mr. Vilmar Rogeiro Coutinho, discussed the African roots in their respective countries and how this could lead to greater ties through joint projects, especially in the cultural sphere.

We gather to defend, today more than ever, the brother Venezuelan people from the tentacles of fascism and raise our voices to reject the interference, manipulation and imperialist, colonialist and coup intentions to seize our legitimate rights and resources, and which have caused so much harm to our peoples. Defending Venezuela is to defend the dream of union and brotherhood of our heroes and peoples.

Namibia, May 1st, 2019- The ambassador of Cuba to Namibia Sidenio Acosta led the celebrations of the Cuban State Mission in that African country. Other members of the island's diplomatic headquarters and collaborators of the different sectors that work in Windhoek, the capital city, also participated in the event.
