Teachers in Jamaica congratulate the people of Cuba for a successful fight against Covid-19

Kingston, Jamaica, 13 November 2021. Today the Coordinator of the Cuban Education Brigade in Jamaica, Professor Reynel Isalgue, made a tour of the parishes of Clarendon and Saint Catherine, to exchange with teachers, members of the brigade, who teach Spanish and other subjects in schools in those regions.

During the visits, the Brigade Coordinator exchanged with teachers about the methodological preparation, the quality of the teaching-learning process and the techniques for an optimal use of the different digital platforms.

Members of the Cuban Medical Brigade in the Turks and Caicos Islands pay tribute to the Lord of the Vanguard

Yesterday afternoon all members of the Cuban Medical Brigade in the Turks and Caicos Islands paid tribute to the Lord of the Vanguard, Commander Camilo Cienfuegos Gorriarán, 62 years after that unfortunate day in which he physically disappeared.

Providenciales, The Turks and Caicos Islands, 29 October 2021. Yesterday afternoon all members of the Cuban Medical Brigade in the Turks and Caicos Islands paid tribute to the Lord of the Vanguard, Commander Camilo Cienfuegos Gorriarán, 62 years after that unfortunate day in which he physically disappeared. Cuban health professionals once again demonstrated their commitment to the homeland, its history and its heroes, by remembering the sacrifices made and struggles fought by the also called the Hero of Yaguajay.

Call for the Second Edition of the Cuba 2021 Business Forum

Seven Jamaican entities, public and private, attended the first edition of the Forum in 2020, honoring, in times of COVID-19, the historical presence of Jamaica in the International Fairs of Havana (FIHAV).

Cuban Medical brigade in the Turks and Caicos Islands takes donation to Santiago de Cuba

Santiago de Cuba, Cuba, 6 October 2021. A donation consisting of 12,800 syringes, 37 infrared thermometers with their batteries and 160 KN95 masks was delivered to health authorities in Santiago de Cuba by the "Henry Reeve" Medical Brigade working in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The donation was prepared by the members of the Brigade, foreign graduates from Cuban colleges and Cubans residing in that British Overseas Territory.
