Cubans in Ireland celebrate 59 years of victories.

Dublin, 13.01.2018. A representation of the Cuban citizens settled in Ireland and grouped in the Ernesto Che Guevara Association, met at the Embassy's headquarters to commemorate the 59th anniversary of the Cuban Socialist Revolution and the advent of 2018.

After taking a brief summary of the work carried out in the course of 2017 and highlighting the presence of three delegates of that Association at the Meeting Cuban Resident in Europe held in Milan, as well as the agreements adopted there, the participants outlined the new goals to be achieved in the year that has just begun.

The US blockade against Cuba is condemned in Ireland

Ireland, October 25, 2017. Members of solidarity groups, trade unions and political forces, as well as Cuban residents in Dublin and media representatives, met at Liberty Hall, headquarters of SIPTU (Services Industrial Professional and Technical Union) to condemn the criminal blockade that the United States imposes on the Cuban people for more than 50 years.

Tribute to Che on the 50th. Anniversary of his death

Ireland, October 9, 2017. With an event called "Che abú Festival" during the days 6 to 8 of October, a heartfelt tribute to Ernesto Che Guevara took place in Ardara, County Donegal.

The event was organized by Cuba Support Group and the Cuban Embassy in Ireland and was attended by independent deputies Thomas Pringle, Maureen O'Sullivan and Catherine Connolly, among others.
