The Ambassador of Cuba in Ireland holds a meeting with the General Secretary of the Foreign Ministry.

Dublin, January 30, 2018. The Cuban Ambassador to Ireland, Hugo René Ramos Milanes, held a working interview with Niall Burgess, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. In the meeting that took place in a friendly atmosphere, the level reached by bilateral relations was evaluated, which had a particularly important moment in February 2017, marked by the official visit to Cuba of President Michael D. Higgins.

Cuba present at the International Tourism Fair of Dublin.

From January 26 to 28, Dublin celebrates its traditional International Tourism Fair in which the Cuban tourism industry has been represented through the Cuban Office of Tourism with headquarters in London, the Embassy of Cuba in Ireland and the Local Travel Agency " CubaTravel ", specialized in promoting our tourist destination. The Fair brings together tourist agencies from around the world and is the most important event among those held by Ireland for this sector.

The Ambassador of Cuba greets the President of Ireland, on the occasion of the new year.

Dublin, January 24, 2018. The President of Ireland, Michael D. Higgins, received this morning at the official residence the Heads of accredited Diplomatic Missions, on the occasion of the traditional new year´s greetings.

Cuban Ambassador Hugo René Ramos Milanés, conveyed the greetings and best wishes for success and prosperity for the Head of State and the Irish people.

Solidarity Ireland-Cuba, always present.

Members of the executive of the Cuban Support Group, headed by its president, the architect Simon McGuinness, paid a visit to the new ambassador of Cuba in Ireland, Hugo René Ramos Milanes. Dublin, January 18, 2018. The Cuban Ambassador to Ireland, Hugo René Ramos Milanes held a working meeting at the Leisnter Palace, seat of the Parliament, with Deputy Gerry Adams, president of Sinn Féin and endearing friend of the Cuban Revolution .

Both sides exchanged about the recent events in their respective countries, the international situation and the partisan activity. They outlined upcoming actions aimed at strengthening bilateral ties and cooperation in various fields.
