Consular Office of the Cuban Embassy in Norway implements new electronic tourist visa system

Oslo, August 9, 2024. The Consular Office of the Cuban Embassy in Norway will begin implementing the new electronic tourist visa system called eVisaCuba, starting on Monday, August 12, 2024.

This system will allow for a more efficient service, facilitating and speeding up the visa process for all those wishing to travel to Cuba for tourism purposes.

With eVisaCuba, users should complete their tourist visa application process online, from any device connected to the Internet, through the web site https://evisacuba.cu/en/inicio.

Friends and fellow nationals in Norway commemorated the 71st anniversary of the attacks on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes barracks

Oslo, August 6, 2024. On the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the attacks on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes barracks, the Association of Friendship with Cuba in Norway called for a demonstration on July 26th, in the Eidsvolls square, located right in front of the Norwegian Parliament (Storting).

The persistent rain could not prevent about twenty friends from meeting at the place to commemorate that transcendental event in the history of our country, carrying Cuban and July 26 flags.

The Declaration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of July 31, 2024, denounced that the Venezuelan people face media and political manipulation along with imperialist harassment, external interference, and the opportunistic onslaught of the oligarchies and their representatives.
