Statement of the Cuba-Türkiye Solidarity Association ‘José Martí’ after the new inclusion of Cuba in the list of countries sponsoring terrorism.

The new US President Trump, on his first day in office, put Cuba back on the list of ‘countries sponsoring terrorism’. Cuba was removed from this so-called list only 6 days ago. This is real proof of the unfoundedness of the US government's decisions and actions, which discredit the United States, not Cuba. The purpose of this decision is to further strengthen the brutal economic war waged by the United States against Cuba; to condemn the Cuban people to hunger and misery: this is the real terror!

President Díaz-Canel received delegation from the Turkiye Health Institutes

Press release from the Presidency of the Republic of Cuba informed that the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, received on Tuesday afternoon, at the Palace of the Revolution, an important delegation from the Republic of Türkiye, whose members represent health institutes of the friendly country, and headed by Professor Doctor Umit Kervan - president of the Turk Türkiye Health Institutes.

Cuba will win in the face of the imperialist onslaught!

US President Donald Trump is charging against Cuba from the very first day and without any pretext. The decision to re-establish the harsh measures of economic warfare against Cuba, which his predecessor eliminated only days before, is a demonstration of the aggressiveness of US imperialism against the sovereignty, peace and well-being of the Cuban population. Among them is the inclusion of our country, once again, in the arbitrary list of states that supposedly sponsor terrorism, a designation that shows an absolute disregard for the truth.
