Accra, May 9, 2023 - Cuba and Ghana established diplomatic relations in December 1959 and since then have strengthened ties in different sectors. That is why the Minister of State at the Ministry of Finance, Hon. Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam, received this morning H.E. Mrs. Anette Chao Garcia, Cuban Ambassador to Ghana.
Accra, April 25, 2023. - The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of Ghana, Anette Chao García, received Prof. Kwaku Danso-Boafo, who served as Ambassador of the African nation in Cuba from 1997 to 2000.

Accra, April 21, 2023. - The Socialist Movement of Ghana, SMG, sent an official note signed by its Secretary General, Dr. Kwesi Pratt Jnr., in which they convey their deepest congratulations for the re-election as President of the Republic of Cuba of comrade Miguel Díaz Canel-Bemúdez.
They recognize that the reelection is a clear manifestation of the support of the people of Cuba to the revolutionary process initiated by the masses and led by Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz.
Accra, April 13, 2023 - April marks the 50th Anniversary of the Organization of African Trade Union Unity, (OATUU) for its creation in 1973. It is for this reason that the National Secretariat of the Cuban Workers Union (CTC, by its acronym in Spanish) sent a message of solidarity to the Secretary General of OATUU, Arezki Mezhoud. For its part, OATUU, in solidarity with the people and workers of the island, gave the diplomatic representative of Cuba, Ambassador to the Republic of Ghana, Anette Chao García, a special recognition to send to her country.
