Friends of Cuba Society in Cape Town reaffirms its commitment to the people of Cuba and rejects the policy of blockade

Pretoria, 28 June, 2019.- The Ambassador of Cuba, Rodolfo Benítez Verson held a meeting with the filial of FOCUS (Friends of Cuba Society in South Africa) of Cape Town led by the renowned anti-apartheid fighter, Father Michael Lapsly and Fatima Swartz in the South African city. The meeting was also attended by leading members of the Congress of South Africa Trade Union (COSATU) of Western Cape Province and the Ambassador of Venezuela, Mairín Moreno.
