Cuba condemns Israel’s criminal aggression against the Palestinian people

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba condemns in the strongest possible terms the attack on the Al-Aqsa mosque in occupied Jerusalem and the indiscriminate bombings against the Palestinian people living in the Gaza Strip by Israel’s military forces, which have caused more than one hundred deadly casualties, the destruction of infrastructure and heavy economic damage.

Southern African region inaugurate milestone Kazungula Bridge!

Africanews, 10 May 2021. A road and rail bridge linking Botswana and Zambia was inaugurated on Monday -- marking the completion of a multi-million-dollar project aimed at easing congestion at border crossings throughout the southern African region. The curved Kazungula bridge, which stretches for 923 metres (some 3,000 feet) over the Zambezi River, provides a long-needed alternative route for hauliers.
