Tehran, May 5, 2019. Sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the forum "Unilateralism and International Law in the contemporary world: approaches and challenges" was held, attended by senior government officials and Persian Foreign Ministry , members of the diplomatic corps accredited in Tehran, as well as organizations of the Iranian civil society.

The Director of the Finlay Institute of Vaccines, Dr. Vicente Verez, concluded a successful visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran, during which he held fruitful exchanges with the directors of the Pasteur Institute, the Ministry of Health and Medical Education as well as other members of the Persian scientific community linked to the projects promoted by both nations in this field.
Tehran, April 16, 2019. The Ambassador of Cuba in the Islamic Republic of Iran, Alexis Bandrich, held a fraternal meeting with the Designated Ambassador in Havana, Rashid Bayat Mokhtari. The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Director General for the Americas of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hojatollah Soltani, the Director for Central America and the Caribbean Abdolrahim Sadatifar, and the Cuban specialist in the Foreign Ministry, Ahmad Farajpoor.
