Ambassador of Cuba holds fraternal meeting in Iranian Parliament

Tehran, February 24, 2019. The Ambassador of Cuba to Iran, Alexis Bandrich was received this afternoon at the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran, by the Special Assistant and Director General for International Affairs, Dr. Hossein Amirabdollahian. During the fraternal meeting both exchanged about the good state of bilateral relations, the bonds of brotherhood that unite our peoples and governments, as well as the common interest in deepening interparliamentary relations.

Verses of José Martí in Farsi crown the celebration of the 166th anniversary of his birth

The simple verses of the Cuban National Hero José Martí, declaimed in the Farsi language, moved all those present at the political-cultural event that the Cuban Embassy, Cuban residents and members of the Iranian Solidarity Organization Cuba, made to commemorate the 166th anniversary of the birth of the Master.

Adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director General for the Americas receives Ambassador of Cuba

Tehran, January 2, 2019. Cuban Ambassador Alexis Bandrich was received in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the new Advisor to the Iranian Foreign Minister and Director General for the Americas, Ambassador Mohsen Baharvand. During the fraternal meeting, they reviewed the current state and perspectives of bilateral relations, the upcoming celebration in Havana of the XVIII Session of the Cuba-Iran Intergovernmental Commission as well as exchanged about the most recent regional events.

Resist, Advance and Overcome Interview of the Ambassador of Cuba to the newspaper "Yazd Sun"

Tehran, January 3, 2019. On the eve of the 60th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution, Cuban Ambassador Alexis Bandrich, was interviewed by the Persian newspaper "El Sol de Yazd", in which he addressed the present and future of relations between Cuba and Iran, the deterioration of relations with the US government, continuity as a premise in the new Cuban government, the blockade of our country and other regional political issues.

Embassy of Cuba in Iran celebrates 60th Anniversary of the Revolution

Tehran, January 1, 2019. In a warm company of Cuban residents, members of the accredited Diplomatic Corps and members of solidarity organizations, the Cuban Embassy in Iran celebrated the 60th Anniversary of the Revolution. Ambassadors of Nicaragua, Venezuela, Bolivia, Chile and Serbia accompanied us in a joyful and deep celebration, committed and optimistic about the bright future that our people build.
