Teheran, March 3, 2019. As part of the follow-up to the common goal of promoting bilateral relations, a fruitful working meeting was held between the Ambassador of Cuba Alexis Bandrich and the Deputy Minister of Health and Medical Teaching and President of the Drug Administration and Food of Iran, Dr. Mahdi Pirsalehi.
Addressing a meeting with Cuba ambassador to Tehran Alexis Bandrich Vega, Amir-Abdolahian referred to US unilateral sanctions and policies, saying Trump administration has violated the international regulations by breaching agreements.
Tehran, February 26, 2019. On February 20, the Ambassador of Cuba, Mr. Alexis Bandrich Vega was received at the headquarters of the Red Crescent of Iran by its President Ali Asghar Peyvandi.
During what was the first exchange between our Embassy and this institution, expressions of admiration and willingness to cooperate with each other were revealed, as well as ideas for greater interaction between the Cuban Red Cross and its Iranian counterpart.

During the fraternal meeting both exchanged about the good state of bilateral relations, the bonds of brotherhood that unite our peoples and governments, as well as the common interest in deepening interparliamentary relations.
