Solidarity donation from Lebanon to Cuba
A donation of 10 containers of dairy products, destined for Cuban children, left Beirut for Cuba.
Ambassador Jorge León Cruz thanked the president of Phoenicia Trading, Mohamed Zeidan, for this gesture of friendship and solidarity, which also constitutes a special contribution for the benefit of the Cuban people.
Solidarity with Cuba reaffirmed in Lebanon
Mr. Majdi Ramadan, Director General for Multilateral Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon, received Ambassador Jorge León Cruz, and held a positive meeting in which they reviewed the excellent level of bilateral and multilateral relations between the two countries.
During the meeting, the positive perspectives and mutual willingness to deepen coordination in multilateral forums and international events were noted.

Acting Minister of Information Ziad Makary left Beirut for Cuba to participate in the media forum organized by the "Prensa Latina" news agency entitled "New Operation Truth" to combat fake news.
Minister Makary will deliver Lebanon's address at the Inaugural Session of the forum, which will be attended by information ministers from several countries, in addition to media institutions, opinion makers and influential individuals.
