The Governor of the Bank of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, Mr. Somphao Phaysith, received today´s morning the Ambassador of Cuba, Pablo A. Rodríguez Vidal. The Governor, was accompany by the Director General of International Relations, Mr. Oth Phonhxiengdy and other officials of the institution.
Today In the afternoon, the Cuban Embassy in Vientiane held an activity with members of the Lao-Cuba Friendship Association and Lao graduates in our country. Also was present the only Cuban permanent resident in this country.
The General Director of Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, Mr. Phonethavy Boutdara, received this morning, the Ambassador of Cuba, Pablo A. Rodríguez Vidal.
The meeting dealt with bilateral issues between the two countries and relations between the Cuban Embassy and that important Lao Foreign Ministry.

The Director-General of Economic Affairs of the Lao Ministry of Foreign Affairs, comrade Songkane Luangmuninthone, received today H.E. Pablo A. Rodríguez Vidal. Ambassador of Cuba in this country.
It was a good meeting that served to further strengthen the ties of friendship and brotherhood that exist between Cuba and Laos.

This morning, the Ambassador of Cuba, Pablo Rodríguez Vidal, was received at the headquarters of the Lao National Assembly by the President of the Foreign Relations Commission of that legislative body, Mr. Sanya Praseuth.
Also present were the Director, Deputy Director and other officials of the Department of Bilateral Affairs. The meeting was held in a comradely atmosphere, typical of the relations that exist between the governments, parties and peoples of Cuba and Laos.
