Director General for Asia-Pacific and Africa of Lao Chancellery receives Ambassador of Cuba.

Vientiane, April 21, 2017. The Director-General for Asia-Pacific and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lao People's Democratic Republic, Mrs. Phongsamouth Anlavan, welcomed the Cuban Ambassador, Pablo A. Rodríguez Vidal.

The meeting dealt with issues on the bilateral agenda between the two countries, as well as aspects of Cuba's relations with the countries in the regions that Ms Phongsamouth is responsible for.

President of the Committee for External Relations of Central Committee of Lao People’s Revolutionary Party of Laos receives Ambassador of Cuba.

Vientiane, April 21, 2017. Comrade Sounthone Xayachackraternal es, Member of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, and President of its Committee for External Relations received this Friday the Ambassador of Cuba Pablo Antonio Rodríguez Vidal.

In the fraternal meeting, according to the relations that exist between both countries, aspects of the bilateral agenda of parties and governments were approached.

Vientiane, April 10, 2017. Professor Eksavang Vongvichit, member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Lao People's Democratic Republic and Chairman of its Foreign Affairs Committee, received today the Ambassador of Cuba, Pablo A. Rodríguez Vidal.

Discussions and expressions of support for the Cuban Revolution and against the Blockade continue in the working sessions of the 8th Asia-Pacific Regional Meeting of Solidarity with Cuba in Manila, Philippines. Lao People's Democratic Republic is represented in the meeting.

And the delegates from Lao PDR to the 8th Asia-Pacific Regional Meeting of Solidarity with Cuba are already in Manila, Philippines

On April 6, delegates from the Lao People's Democratic Republic arrived in Manila, Philippines, to the 8th Asia-Pacific Regional Meeting of Solidarity with Cuba. They are comrades Sounthone Sirisack and Thammalath Vilasdavong, Vice President and Executive Secretary respectively of the Lao-Cuba Friendship Association.
