The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba reiterates its deep concern about the escalation of violence between Israel and Palestine, which is a consequence of decades of Israeli illegal occupation and colonization practices, in flagrant violation of the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people in its own territory.
Cuba participated this Friday in the combined Interactive Dialogue with the President-Rapporteur of the Working Group on the Right to Development, Mr. Zamir Akram; the President of the Expert Mechanism on the Right to Development, Ms. Liliana Valiña and the Special Rapporteur on the Right to Development, Mr. Surya Deva, which took place at the United Nations headquarters.

The Republic of Cuba expresses serious concern about the escalation of violence between Israel and Palestine, which is a consequence of 75 years of permanent violation of the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people and Israel's aggressive and expansionist policy.
