Georgetown, August 19, 2020. The Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana Hon. Mr. Charles Ramson Jr., received the Ambassador of Cuba, Narciso Reinaldo Amador Socorro.
The Ambassador congratulated the Minister on his recent appointment to this important position, wishing him success in the accomplishment of his duties.
Georgetown, August 17, 2020. The Cuban Ambassador to Guyana, Narciso Reinaldo Amador Socorro, paid a courtesy call to H.E. Sonia Savitri Parag, new Minister of Public Service of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.
The visit took place in a cordial atmosphere. The focal point of the talk was geared to continue strengthening the scholarship program that has benefited thousands of Guyanese, particularly in the Health Sector, for more than 40 years.
