The Cuban Ambassador to the UAE holds a meeting with the Minister of Health and Prevention

Roberto Blanco Domínguez, Cuban Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates held a cordial meeting with His Excellency AbdulRahman Bin Mohamed Al Owais, Emirati Minister of Health and Prevention. During the fraternal meeting, the desire of expanding bilateral cooperation in the health field, where there is great potential, was once again highlighted. Both parties identified the sectors that they are mostly interested in, not only in the healthcare area but also the biopharmaceutical sector, in which Cuba accumulates extensive experience.

The Cuban Ambassador to the UAE holds a meeting with the Minister of Economy

Roberto Blanco Domínguez, Cuban Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, held a cordial meeting with Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy of UAE. The meeting confirmed the high level of bilateral relations. They discussed current cooperation projects between the two countries and the potential to expand them. Both parties reaffirmed the will to strengthen economic and commercial ties and investments.

The Cuban Ambassador to the UAE holds a meeting with the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Health

Roberto Blanco Domínguez, Ambassador of Cuba to the United Arab Emirates, and Dr. Alex Carreras Pons, Head of the Department of International Relations for Bilateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Public Health of Cuba, held a cordial virtual meeting with the Sheikh Abdulla Al Hamed, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Health, and other members of his team. During the successful meeting, both parties expressed once again the desire of expanding cooperation in the health field.

José Martí International Airport will restart operations on November 15th

The commercial air operations at the José Martí International Airport in Havana will restart on November 15, at 00 hours. In this sense, a Protocol for Sanitary Control has been implemented, aimed at restarting aeronautical activities. Cuba reiterates its decision to guarantee the health and life of its nationals, as well as the foreigners who visit us, ratifying itself as a safe destination.

Ambassador of Cuba holds a meeting with the Secretary General of the Federation of United Arab Emirates Chambers of Commerce and Industry

On November 8, 2020, HE. Roberto Blanco Domínguez, Ambassador of Cuba to the United Arab Emirates, held a pleasant and successful work meeting with HE. Humaid Ben Salem, Secretary General of the Federation of United Arab Emirates Chambers of Commerce and Industry. During the meeting, both parties expressed their satisfaction of the good relations of friendship and brotherhood between the governments, peoples and the respective Chambers of Commerce of Cuba and the United Arab Emirates.
