Cuban diplomats visit to Croatia reaffirms the will to reinforce the bilateral bonds

Zagreb, 21 November 2017. The concurrent visitexecuted by diplomats of the Embassy of Cuba in Vienna, Marieta García Jordán, Counselor and Roberto Vizcaíno Martínez, Second Secretary responsible for Consular Affairs to Croatia´s capital, constituted an opportunity to ratify the will to broaden and strengthen bonds between both countries in various sectors in the margins of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations which is being celebrated this year.

Parliament of Jamaica reiterates solidarity with Cuba and rejection to Blockade

KINGSTON, JAMAICA, November 21st, 2017.  The President of the Parliament of Jamaica, Pearnel Charles,  reiterated the unconditional support of the people of Jamaica to Cuba and the rejection to the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United STates to Cuba during more than half a century.

During the courtesy visit the recently accredited Ambassador of Cuba in Jamaica,  Inés Fors Fernández, both parts dialogued on diverse issues of the bilateral agenda, in particular, the parliamentary relations between the two nations.

Ghanaian Sports Minister on Official Visit in Havana

MSc. Antonio Becali, president of the Cuban National Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation (INDER by its Spanish acronym), received Mr. Issac Kwame Asiamah, Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Ghana, at Jose Marti International Airport.

The distinguished guest thanked Cuba for its collaboration to develop the sport in his country, which managed to become a power in boxing thanks to Cuban coaches and also highlighted the support in the fight against colonialism in Africa.

Meeting between Ambassador of Cuba and Minister of Agriculture and Light Industry of Mongolia.

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. November 21, 2017. On today’s morning of the Ambassador of Cuba, Raúl Delgado Concepción was received by the Hon. Mr. Batzorig Batjargal, the new Minister of Agriculture and Light Industry of Mongolia, in the meeting were reviewed the main aspects of the cooperation that in agricultural and livestock matters exist between both countries.

VIP Cuban delegation to celebrate 45 years of relationships with Barbados and CARICOM.

José Ramón Balaguer Cabrera, member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and head of the Department of International Relations, arrived in Bridgetown on November 22, presiding over an important delegation that will participate in several activities to celebrate the 45th Anniversary of diplomatic relations with Barbados and with the Community of Caribbean States (CARICOM), which will be honored next December 8 by the 6th CARICOM-Cuba bilateral Summit.
