Cuban ambassador participates in a meeting with Duolingo's general manager for Australia and New Zealand
Canberra, 26 June 2024. The Cuban Ambassador, Tanieris Diéguez, met with Duolingo's General Manager for Australia and New Zealand, Brett Blacker, in Canberra.
The meeting, attended by representatives from the GRULAC countries, was an opportunity to discuss mutual interests and explore potential collaboration between Duolingo and Latin America.
Cuban Ambassador meets with Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Director for Latin America
Canberra, 26 June, 2024. The Cuban Ambassador Tanieris Diéguez met with Diana Nelson, Director for Latin America at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
The meeting, attended by representatives of the GRULAC countries accredited in Canberra, addressed issues of interest in the strengthening of relations between Australia and the Latin American and Caribbean region.
Cuban Ambassador exchanges with Deputy National Secretary of the Maritime Union of Australia
Canberra, 25 June 2024. The Cuban Ambassador Tanieris Diéguez La O exchanged in an online meeting with Warren Smith, Deputy National Secretary of the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA).
During the meeting, the ambassador expressed her appreciation for the MUA's support to Cuba, as well as its rejection of Cuba's unjust inclusion on the List of State Sponsors of Terrorism.

The magazine, which is the result of the work of the Spanish-speaking embassies in Canberra, Australia, aims to promote the Spanish language in Oceania.
On this occasion, its sixth issue focuses on "Tourism".
