UNIDO and Cuba promote partnership at 2016 International Fair of Havana

The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and Cuba held a joint presentation on the Country Programme Framework (CPF) 2016-2020 at the 34th International Fair of Havana (FIHAV), consolidating their cooperation towards inclusive and sustainable industrial development (ISID) in Cuba.

The CPF, signed by UNIDO and the Cuban government in December 2015, is a key tool for building the foundations for ISID in Cuba, and includes a total of 19 projects, with three of them currently being implemented.

Attention to all our customers!

Due to the departure for vacation of the official in charge of consular affairs, from next May 5 until June 11, the Consular Office of the Cuban Embassy in Austria, which also attends to the multilateral organizations based in Vienna and is concurrent for Croatia and Slovenia, will only provide visa services and migratory emergencies.

It is informed that in the case of legalizations of documents and other notarial procedures, the consulate may receive them, but they will not be processed until the incorporation of the consular officer. Likewise, Cuban citizens who need to renew their passport may come to the consulate, by appointment, for the mandatory biometrics (bring a passport-size photo, signed form and fingerprinting). However, we inform that the services will be performed as of June 11 as long as the payment of the established fees has been received.

The online tourist visa system has been implemented.

All you have to do is go to: https://evisacuba.cu/ (English, Spanish and French) and follow the instructions to fill in the requested information.

In a maximum of 72 working hours after receiving confirmation from our bank of the bank transfer, you will receive an email with the visa code, which you will then activate.
