I was deeply saddened by the news of heavy casualties as a result of a plane crash in your country.
On the occasion of this tragedy, on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my deepest condolences to you, the bereaved families and loved ones of the victims, and the whole people of Cuba, and wish those injured the soonest recovery.

Cuban Ambassador promotes quality of Habano in Baku
The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Alfredo Nieves Portuondo, participated in the First Open Championship of Azerbaijan of the Habano. In the activity the ambassador held working talks with the directors of the smoking club of Havanos of Azerbaijan, BAKU CIGAR CLUB, Jalal Askerov and Dimitry Drutsa.
