The article is co-authored by the Third Secretary of the Cuban Embassy in Namibia, Aldo Fuentes, and the journalist Vitalio Angula.

Monrovia, April 5, 2020 - This afternoon, the "Group of Liberian graduated in Cuba" sent to our embassy in Monrovia and published in the social networks its declaration condemning the blockade in view of the situation faced by our country in its fight against the global pandemic COVID-19.
The document was sent to our diplomatic mission and posted on social networks by the executive member of this group, Mr. William Wesseh, a Liberian graduate in Cuba with a degree in Electromedicine.
Monrovia, February 22, 2020 - This morning, the Cuban Embassy in Liberia received the visit of the President of the Liberia-Cuba Friendship Association Mr. Kesselee K. Kanneh who met with the Head of the Cuban Diplomatic Mission in the country.
Among the topics discussed at the meeting were proposals for activities on the occasion of the 60th Anniversary of the founding of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP).

The Association of Friendship Saint Vincent and the Grenadines-Cuba, issued a statement on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the beginning of the war for the independence of Cuba. The Declaration makes reference to other important Cuban ephemerides in October, while reiterating its unwavering demand that the illegal economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the US against Cuba be ended.

During the friendly meeting the Cuban diplomat gave an update on major developments of the Cuban reality and on a bilateral level.
In the framework of the activity, organized by the Embassy of Cuba, to commemorate the 55th anniversary of the victory of Giron, the Friendship Association of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines-Cuba, issued a statement in which, referring to the epic of Giron, points out that, in what has perhaps been the greatest rejection of an invading force in the Western Hemisphere during the 20th century, the young Cuban revolutionaries, who had taken power, just two years earlier, mobilized and led the people to definitely defeat the invading force.
