Ambassadors and representatives of the diplomatic missions from the Group of Latin American and Caribbean States (GRULAC) held a meeting with representatives of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Dutch Parliament. Cuba participated in the Associated Program of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), created to contribute to a greater understanding of the objectives of the Chemical Weapons Convention and promote employment of chemistry for peaceful purposes, with emphasis on physical security in relation to chemicals.

The traditional event, organized by Diplomat Magazine, this year was attended by the embassies of Colombia, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Cuba.
The occasion was propitious for Latin American countries to dazzle those present with their exquisite rums and tobaccos.
