Cuban Ambassador to Egypt holds Fruitful meeting with leaders of the Palestinian Women’s Federation
Cairo, May 3, 2026. Cuban Ambassador Alexander Pellicer Moraga held a fruitful meeting with leaders of the Palestinian Women’s Federation at the organization’s headquarters in the capital.
During the meeting, they discussed the historic ties of brotherhood between Cuba and Palestine and the genocidal policies currently being imposed against our countries.

Cairo, April 30, 2026. Cuban Ambassador Alexander Pellicer Moraga held a cordial meeting with the representative of the Fatah Movement in Egypt, Dr. Mohamed Ghareeb.
During the meeting, they discussed the historic brotherly relations between Cuba and Palestine and the genocidal policies being imposed against our countries. They also agreed that resistance is the only path forward for our peoples.
Egypt’s WAFD Party Reaffirms Its Solidarity and Support for Cuba
Cairo, April 26, 2026. At the Cuban Embassy in the capital, Ambassador Alexander Pellicer Moraga received Hassan Said Badrawi, Head of International Relations for the WAFD Party, who was accompanied by other members of the political party.
Badrawi presented the Cuban diplomat with a letter reaffirming the WAFD Party’s solidarity and support for Cuba during what they described as turbulent times. He also called on the Cuban people to stand firm, as a united nation, in the face of any external pressure.
Members of the Cuban State Mission in Egypt Sign for the Homeland
Cairo, April 24, 2026. As part of the “My Signature for the Homeland” campaign, members of the State Mission gathered at the Cuban Embassy in Egypt to sign a pledge reaffirming their opposition to war and the blockade, as well as their firm commitment to defending the nation.
The event, presided over by the Cuban Ambassador to Egypt, Alexander Pellicer Moraga, also served as a forum to denounce the policy of hatred and the continuous threats of military aggression against Cuba.

Cairo, 22 April 2026. Ambassador Alexander Pellicer Moraga took part in an event organised by Egyptian left-wing parties, where discussions took place on the imperialist and Zionist offensive against Iran and other peoples of the world.
In his address, the Cuban Head of Mission addressed the intensification of the blockade and sanctions against Cuba, emphasising the great suffering caused by the oil blockade imposed on the island, which leads to prolonged power cuts and the paralysis of the economy and basic services for the population, such as healthcare, transport and food production.
