Meeting with Sayed Abdel Aal, President of the TAGAMMU Party
The Ambassador of Cuba in Egypt Tania Aguiar Fernández held a friendly and fraternal meeting with Sayed Abdel Aal, President of the TAGAMMU Party.
The meeting took place at the headquarters of that party, one of the oldest and best known in Egypt, and served as a framework to review current issues, including the latest regional events.
As usual in meetings with TAGAMMU, the ties of friendship between the two countries were reaffirmed.
Celebration of the "Habano Night" in Cairo
The Cuban Embassy in Cairo and the Habano Lovers Club held a "Cigar Night" where important personalities from politics and business attended, as well as friendly Ambassadors, who enjoyed the famous Cuban cigars.
Among cigars and Cuban music, an evening went by that was useful to promote the tourist attraction of Cuba, the land of the best tobacco in the world.
Monthly meeting of the Women's Association of Cairo dedicated to Cuba
The Cairo Women's Association held its monthly meeting with a space dedicated to Cuba. The members dressed in the colors of the Cuban flag and even the most daring wore Cuban typical dresses.
Taking advantage of the occasion, the Ambassador of Cuba Tania Aguiar Fernández made a presentation of the main achievements of the Cuban Revolution in the matters of health and education, especially about international cooperation in these fields. Promotional videos of the tourism sector were also shown and the questions of the guests were answered.
Meeting with the board of the Palestinian Women's Federation in Egypt
The Ambassador of Cuba in Egypt Tania Aguiar Fernández held a meeting with the board of the Palestinian Women's Federation in Egypt.
At the meeting, the board of this organization rejected the so-called "Deal of the Century" and appreciated the constant support of Cuba in the defense of the rights of the Palestinian people.
Meeting with the Minister of Youth and Sports of Egypt
The Minister of Youth and Sports of Egypt, Ashraf Subhi, received the Ambassador of Cuba Tania Aguiar Fernández to discuss the ways of bilateral collaboration.
