Cuba and Palau strengthen bilateral cooperation ties
Koror, Palau, September 3, 2026.- On the sidelines of the 55th meeting of leaders of the Pacific Islands Forum, Cuban Ambassador Néstor Torres held a fruitful meeting with the Hon. Raynold B. Oilouch, Vice President of the Republic of Palau and Minister of Health and Human Services at the ministry's headquarters.
Cuba strengthens cooperation partnerships at the 55th Pacific Islands Forum
Koror, Palau, September 2, 2026. - Cuba is participating as a dialogue partner in the 55th Pacific Islands Forum (PIF) Leaders’ Meeting, taking place from August 30 to September 4, 2026, in Palau. At this important regional gathering, the Cuban delegation is represented by Néstor Torres, Cuban resident ambassador to Fiji, who conveys Havana’s firm commitment to strengthening bonds of brotherhood with the nations of the Pacific.
