The Center for International Policy Research (CIPI), with the co-sponsorship of the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO), announces the XI Conference on Strategic Studies, to be held October 7–9, 2026, in Havana, Cuba. The Conference on Strategic Studies is an academic forum dedicated to the systematic analysis of contemporary international processes, with special attention to power dynamics, structural transformations of the international system, and the strategies deployed by States and other actors in contexts of change and uncertainty.
