Declaration of the National Assembly of People's Power
On the 45th Anniversary of the creation of the Organs of People's Power, the National Assembly reaffirms to the Parliaments, Parliamentary Friendship Groups, legislators and legislators from all continents, to friends in the world, that Socialist Cuba advances and is it revives by the effort, the resistance, the intelligence and the firmness of its united people, proud of its conquests, firm in its convictions and determined to defend the socialist State of law and social justice, democratic, independent and sovereign that it has freely chosen.
Cuba participates in meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland
Helsinki, October 27th.- On the afternoon of October 27th, the Group of Latin American and Caribbean Ambassadors and Heads of Mission in Helsinki was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Finland, H.E. Mr. Pekka Haavisto.
Within the framework of the meeting, a review was made of Finland's ties with the region, characterized by cooperation, frank political dialogue and understanding on multiple issues on the international agenda.
Cuba will open to the world on 11/15
Havana, October 22nd.- In a press conference on October 19, the Minister of Tourism of Cuba, Juan Carlos García Granda, reaffirms the reopening of the destination for tourists and international travelers for November 15, 2021. The Minister tells of being able to receive in the country more than 100,000 international tourists in the time remaining until the end of the year, travelers who will enter through the 10 international airports active in the national territory.

Havana, October 13th.- Following difficult months of pandemic, a disturbing world economic crisis, and an unrelenting, intensified blockade, which have hit our people hard, Cuba is beginning to revive social life, public spaces and services, schools, tourism and other sectors of the economy.
Festivities begin for the Day of Cuban Culture in Finland
Helsinki, October 11th.- On the afternoon of Monday, October 11th, the Day of festivities in salute to Cuban culture began in the capital of the Nordic country, which will run until the 25th of the same month, in several cities of Finland.
In her opening remarks, the president of the Finnish-Cuban Friendship Association, Eeva Kokki, highlighted the historical importance of the date for Cubans and the fortune of being able to carry out some face-to-face activities, within the new post-covid normality in the country.
