Cuba urges to prevent tragic incidents as a result of irregular migration

Cubaminrex, 11 March 2021. On March 2, 2021, there was an exit from the country along the north coast of Villa Clara province, organized from the United States, using a rapid speedboat for human trafficking. The participants, all Cubans, including women and children, were taken by the traffickers to an inhospited and uninhabited cay from the salt bank in the Bahamas. From this fact, it was communicated in real-time by the Border Guard Troops of Cuba to the Coast Guard Service of the United States.

ALBA-TCP held its XXI Political Council

Havana, March 1st, 2021.- The XXI Meeting of the Political Council of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America- Peoples' Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP), was held virtually this Monday afternoon.

Mr. President;

The world’s situation is every day more dangerous and challenging. Now more than ever before, the very survival of the human species is at stake. International peace and security are being threatened by conflicts; predatory and non-conventional wars; acts of aggression and regime change attempts; and an arms race that is dilapidating enormous resources that are indispensable for the sustainable development of our peoples.

NOTICE TO STRANDED CUBAN CITIZENS IN GUYANA

Guyana, February 8, 2020. The Consulate of Cuba to Guyana informs that all Cubans who are stranded in this country and intend to travel to Cuba on humanitarian flights, must send the following information:

1.- Name and two surnames.

2.- Passport number.

3.- Province of Residence in the National Territory.
