Prime Minister of Guyana receives the Ambassador of Cuba.

Georgetown, August 19, 2020. The Ambassador of Cuba, Narciso Reinaldo Amador Socorro, paid a courtesy call to the Prime Minister of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, retired Brigadier Hon. Mark Anthony Phillips. The Cuban diplomat congratulated the Prime Minister on his recent appointment to that position and wished him success in the achievement of his high responsibility.

Georgetown, August 17, 2020. The Cuban Ambassador to Guyana, Narciso Reinaldo Amador Socorro, paid a courtesy call to H.E. Sonia Savitri Parag, new Minister of Public Service of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.

The visit took place in a cordial atmosphere. The focal point of the talk was geared to continue strengthening the scholarship program that has benefited thousands of Guyanese, particularly in the Health Sector, for more than 40 years.
