Guyana. January 6, 2016 .- The President of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, David Arthur Granger, extended warm congratulations to the Cuban people and Government on the occasion of the 58th Anniversary of the Triumph of the Revolution in a letter addressed to General of the Army Raúl Castro Ruz.

Guyana, December 8th, 2016. In the context of the 44th Anniversary of the CARICOM-Cuba Day, a Cooperation and Technical Assistance Agreement was signed between the Caribbean Community, Guyana and Cuba for the creation of a Center to stimulate the development of children, adolescents and young people with special educational needs associated with disabilities, at the headquarters of the Secretariat of the regional entity.
