Cuban National Day Celebrated in India.

The Embassy of Cuba in India celebrated the 65th anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution and the 64th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral relations between Cuba and India with a reception attended by some 150 people, including Indian government officials, members of the diplomatic corps accredited in Delhi, deputies, businessmen and friends.

The Indian Foreign Minister, Dr. S. Jaishankar conveyed a message of congratulations, through his Twitter account, to his Cuban counterpart, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, as well as to the Cuban government and people, on the occasion of our National Day, the 65th anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution.

The Indian Foreign Minister stressed the willingness to work together in strengthening the traditional ties of friendship and the development of cooperation links between the two countries.  

King of Bhutan congratulates Cuba on its National Day.

The Head of State of the Kingdom of Bhutan, King Jigme Khesar, conveyed a warm message of congratulations, on behalf of his people and government, to the President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, on the occasion of our National Day, the 65th anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution.

The King also highlighted the traditional ties of friendship, goodwill and mutual understanding between the two countries and wished the Cuban people prosperity, peace and progress.

Cuba participates in the International Film Festival of Kerala.

This weekend concluded the 28th edition of the Kerala International Film Festival, one of the most renowned film festivals held in India. Cuba was the country invited as guest of honor and counted with an outstanding presence of our Cuban cinematographic art.

Cuba is present at the 16th Noida International Film Festival in India.

Cuban Ambassador to India Alejandro Simancas highlighted the possibilities of cooperation in the film industry between the two countries, cradles of passionate creators and renowned artists of the seventh art.

Invited by the Marhwah Studios Complex, considered the first center dedicated to cinema in northern India, the Cuban diplomat was the guest of honor of the last day of the sixteenth Noida Global Film Festival in Uttar Pradesh.
