Cuba calls the US to comply with migratory agreements
Havana, April 20, 2022- Josefina Vidal, Cuba´s Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs called the US to comply with bilateral migratory agreements, according to press reports.
The Vice-Minister stressed these agrememts´ importance, signed in the 1990s, since when they are not complied with, migratory peaks are generated, increaseed by the strengthening of the coercive measures and obstacles to consular services.

This is a complex situation that is being closely followed by the Cuban government and has multiple causes.

Kenya and Cuba pledge further cooperation in medical fields
Nairobi, March 22, 2022- Kenya and Cuba have pledged to enhance cooperation in the health sector as part of ongoing efforts by the Kenyan government to further improve quality and access to primary health care.
A meeting between Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe and Cuban ambassador to Kenya, Juan Manuel Rodriguez, on Tuesday, resolved to expand further diplomatic engagement in the health sector for the benefit of the two nations.
