Vientiane, October 2023. Ambassador Enna Viant Valdés held a friendly meeting with Mr. Daovy Vongxay, Director of International Organizations, and officials of that Department of the Lao Foreign Ministry.
Mr. Daovy Vongxay praised the organization, development and results of the recent Summit of Heads of State and Government held in Havana.
Exchange on successful visit of the president of Laos to Cuba

The vice president of the Lao National Assembly, president of the Friendship Association and of the Laos – Cuba Parliamentary Friendship Group, Dr. Chaleune Yiapahoer, received the Cuban Ambassador Enna Viant Valdés, who was the bearer of the respective greetings from the vice president of the National Assembly of People's Power and of the Council of State,Ana Maria Mari Machado as well as the president of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples, Fernando Gonzalez Llort.

The Cuban Diplomatic Mission, collaborators, Cuban resident and friends from the Lao Front for National Dvelopment in the Lao People's Democratic Republic, sent greetings and congratulations to the member of the Central Committee of the CCP, and of the Council of State and National Coordinator of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR), Gerardo Hernández Nordelo, after his reelection as head of the organization and successful development of the 10th Congress.
