Next December 2 marks the National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

As every year, the President of Laos organizes an activity to celebrate the date with the Diplomatic Corps accredited in the country in which the Ambassador of Cuba, Pablo Rodríguez Vidal, along with his wife, Minister Counselor Conchita Muñoz Prieto, had Well participate.

The Cuban ambassador, Pablo Rodríguez Vidal and the Minister-Counselor of the Embassy, Conchita Muñoz Prieto, farewell at the Vientiane airport, the delegation of the Lao People's Democratic Republic that will participate in two events in Cuba:
1. The III International Symposium "The Cuban Revolution, Genesis and Historical Development to be held from October 29 to 31 and
2. The Conference of Anti-Imperialist Solidarity in Favor of Democracy and Against Neoliberalism that will take place from November 1 to 3.

The Anniversary of the CDR is celebrated in Laos.
In a political-cultural activity with the directive of the Friendship Association, Laos graduates in Cuba, the only Cuban resident and the staff of the Embassy of Cuba, was celebrated in this diplomatic headquarters, this day, the Anniversary of the creation of the Committees of Defense of the Revolution. The activity was also dedicated to the important events for our country in the month of October, such as the anniversary of the fall of Commander Ernesto Guevara, October 10 and the day of National Culture.
