Ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia meets with the Secretary of Foreign Relations of the Mongolian People's Party
The Cuban ambassador in Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, met today with Mr. O.Batnairamdal, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the ruling Mongolian People's Party (MPP).
Both parties discussed the historical ties and friendship between both parties and peoples, as well as the possibilities of continuing to develop them.

The ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia. Jorge Ferrer met with the Vice Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, H.E. Mr. Gankhuleg Munguntsog. The Director of the Cooperation Department, Mr. E. Anar and other official were also present.
They talked on the agricultural challenges of both countries and the possibilities of mutually beneficial commercial and cooperation relations to deal with some of the pests and diseases affecting the Mongolian agricultural sector.

UN experts qualify the blockade as a violation of human rights.
The U.S. blockade against Cuba has been qualified as a serious violation of International Law. This was made known by the special rapporteurs of the United Nations Human Rights Council on the Right to Food, the Right to Development, Extreme Poverty and the Negative Impact of Unilateral Coercive Measures on the Enjoyment of Human Rights.
