New Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Cuban Embassy arrives in Namibia.
Namibia, October 22, 2021- Yamila Martínez Abreu, an official of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment of the Republic of Cuba, arrived in Namibia to assume the position of Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Cuban Embassy in this African country. Martínez Abreu will replace Juan Carlos Oliva Núñez, who has served in the position, with satisfactory results, for 5 years.
Cubans residing in Namibia donate medical supplies.
Namibia, October 18th, 2021- A group of Cuban residents in Namibia made a donation of medical supplies to fight Covid-19 in Cuba. Cecilia Aldana and Mayelin Bueno delivered the aid to the Cuban Embassy, on behalf of all donors.

Dr. Hage Geingob, President of the Republic of Namibia, called, once again, for the end of the economic, commercial and financial blockade of the United States against Cuba, in his speech at the General Debate of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
Namibia and Cuba conclude the V Session of the Joint Working Group.
