Den Haag, 13 maart 2018 - In de middag van 13 maart hield mevrouw Soraya Alvarez Núñez, de ambassadeur van Cuba in Nederland en vertegenwoordiger bij de Organisatie voor de Prohibitie van Chemische Wapens (OPCW) een speech.
