Wellington, January 17, 2017. -Professor Dr. Leonel Alvarado of Massey University in Palmerston North has been invited to participate as a member of the jury for Casa de las Américas Literature Award, in the category of poetry.
The exceptional Honduran poet and academic has among his works: "Driving with Neruda to the Fish 'n' Chips", "Xibalbá, Texas" and "Retratos mal hablados". The last one won a special mention in the category of poetry in Casa de las Américas Award 2013.
