The National Electoral Commission of the Republic of Cuba announced the final parcial results of the Referedum that allowed the appoval of the new Constitution of the country.

6 millions 816 169 Cubans voted YES which represents the 73,31%  of the total of the people registered to vote and  86,85% of the total of voters. The 7,60%  of the total of registered people voted NO.

This is a new victory.  Cuba has a modern supreme law in line with the aspirations of its people.

"José Martí" of Ulaanbaatar, commemorated the 166th Anniversary of the birth of Cuban National Hero José Martí with the presence of the Cuban Ambassador Raúl Delgado Concepción. In an emotional and joyful ceremony, the best works of the seven different contests celebrated between the 6th and 12th grade students were awarded. As every year, the board of this institution presents different initiatives to celebrate this important date for this educational center and for Cubans.

The "Rotary Club of Bangkok South" received its charter on 7 August 1961. It is one of the oldest Rotary clubs in Thailand and one of the largest and most diverse Rotary Clubs in the Kingdom with 20 countries represented.

Dr. Ludovic Ferriérre, Curator of the Meteorite Collection and Head of the Department of Mineralogy of the Museum, turned out to be a luxury host to get to know the exhibition and the interesting scientific work done in this prestigious institution.

The meteorite collection that is exhibited in the Museum, with more than 1,100 rocks, is the oldest and most extensive in the world.

The continued cooperation between Belize and Cuba in the health sector was renewed on Wednesday, February 27th, at a signing ceremony in the capital city of Belmopan. The renewal of the agreement is to extend the presence of the Cuban Medical Brigade in Belize that not only benefits Belizeans nationwide but strengthens and develops the health system in Belize. Signing on behalf of the Government of Belize was Minister of Health Honourable Pablo Marin, while Ambassador Lisette Perez signed on behalf of Cuba.
