Cuban Football Federation and Qatar Football Association establish cooperation ties.
The president of the Cuban Football Federation, Oliet Rodriguez Mendez, held a meeting with His Excellency Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, president of the Qatar Football Association, in the context of his visit to Doha to participate in the FIFA 72nd Congress.
President of the Supreme Judiciary Council of the State of Qatar had a meeting with the Ambassador of Cuba.

The Cuban representative conveyed greetings from H.E. Ruben Remigio Ferro, President of the Supreme People's Court of the Republic of Cuba, reciprocated by the host, and thanked the cooperation provided by the Qatari institution for the publication of the Supreme People's Court Bulletin.
Cuba and Qatar stregthen cooperation in the health field
HE Dr. Hanan Mohamed Al Kuwari, Minister of Public Health of the State of Qatar, met with Deputy Minister of Public Health of the Republic of Cuba HE Luis Fernando Navarro Martinez. They confirmed the excellent bilateral relations in the health field.

Cuba and Qatar work to develop cooperation in the field of education
Her Excellency Mrs. Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi, Minister of Education and Higher Education of the State of Qatar, welcomed H.E. Oscar León González, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the State of Qatar, at the Ministry headquarters. During the meeting, areas of bilateral cooperation and ways to develop them were discussed. The Ambassador conveyed greetings of H.E. Dra. Ena Elsa Velázquez Cobiella and H.E. Dr. José Ramón Saborido, Ministers of Education and Higher Education of Cuba, respectively.
