Cuba and Saudi Arabia are ready to cooperate in environmental protection
Riyadh, April 29th – A memorandum of understanding to cooperate in the field of environmental protection was signed between the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (CITMA) of the Republic of Cuba and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
New Foreign Minister of Yemen receives the Ambassador of Cuba
Riyadh, April 25th – The new Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Republic of Yemen, Dr. Shayea Mohsen Al-Zindani, received a courtesy visit from the Cuban Ambassador to that country and resident in the Saudi capital, Vladimir Gonzalez Quesada.
Important delegation from Oman concludes a working visit to Cuba
Riyadh, March 25th – An important delegation from the Sultanate of Oman, led by H.E. Mr. Abdulsalam bin Mohammed Abdullah Al-Murshidi, Chairman of Oman Investment Authority (OIA), the Sultanate's Sovereign Wealth Fund, paid a working visit to Cuba from March 20th to 25th, 2024.
The delegation was also made up of H.E. Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Hinai, Ambassador-at-large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Dr. Hamed bin Mahmoud Al-Kindi, expert at the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs.
Cuban ambassador concludes successful working visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain
Riyadh, March 7th – The Ambassador of Cuba to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and non-resident Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Vladimir Gonzalez Quesada, paid a successful working visit to Manama from March 3rd to 6th, 2024, during which he fulfilled an intense agenda with the objective of reviewing bilateral relations with the small Gulf nation and to promote them.
Cuba participates in meeting of the Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah with the Diplomatic Corps
Riyadh, March 3rd - The Chargé d' Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of Cuba, Vicente Ibrahin Abad, attended the second edition of the "Bridges Initiative", an event that was chaired by the Minister of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Dr. Tawfiq Bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, and was previously summoned by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium, H.E. Mr. Pascal Gregoire.
