Riyadh, August 28th - Ambassador Vladimir Gonzalez held an interesting and fruitful meeting with the Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Negotiations of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC), Dr. Abdel Aziz Abu Hamad Al-Uwaisheg. The director of the Americas Department, Mr. Adel Abdulaziz Al-Sanad, and other officials from the Section for Political Affairs and Strategic Dialogue in that regional body also participated in the meeting.

Riyadh, August 14th - The Ambassador of Cuba, Vladimir Gonzalez, was received by Dr. Adel Hassan Al-Omrani, Acting Director General of the Prince Saud Al-Faisal Institute for Diplomatic Studies, at the headquarters of this prestigious academic institution, in charge of the training and preparation of Saudi diplomats.

Riyadh, July 4th - The second edition of the Ibero-American Film Festival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was inaugurated on July 3rd, 2023.

This cultural activity was organized by the Embassy of Mexico in Riyadh and the Mexican film company Cinepolis, which has several branches throughout the Gulf.

This event takes place simultaneously in Riyadh, the capital of the Arab country, and in Jeddah, one of the most important cities in the Kingdom and headquarters of the Mexican company.

Riyadh, June 15th - Ambassador Vladimir Gonzalez was received at the headquarters of the Consultative Council (Shura) by its member and president of the Saudi Arabia-Cuba Parliamentary Friendship Committee, Dr. Ibrahim bin Mahmoud Al-Nahas, with the purpose of reviewing the state of bilateral relations in the legislative field.
