Seychelles revives the Seychelles-Cuba Friendship Parliamentary Group

The National Assembly of Seychelles announced today the decision to reactivate the Seychelles-Cuba Parliamentary Friendship Group.

The news was announced through the website of the legislative body, after the Cuban Ambassador, Martha Hernandez Caneiro, held a meeting with the members of its Foreign Affairs Committee last week.

The Forum under the theme of “Recoding Diplomacy” was hosted and inaugurated by Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu in the presence of the President of the Republic of Turkey, H.E. US blockade has an impact on young Cuban people

Havana, Mar 17 (Prensa Latina) Difficulties in having access to state-of-the-art technologies, databases and researches are some of the negative impacts of the US blockade on young Cubans, researcher Laura Cepera said on Thursday.

During a virtual meeting ¨SolidaridadVsBloqueo¨, organized by the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP, in Spanish), Ms. Cepera stated that over 70% of the Cuban people has grown up with the effects of the tightening of the US blockade.
